Senior staff members from the Egyptian partner universities visited the University of Naples Federico II from 25 to 29 July 2022 in the implementation of WP1. Needs Analysis and Transfer of Knowledge. The participants visited the Plant Pathology Laboratories and its green/glasshouse and experimental field, the Entomology laboratory, the historical library of the insect laboratory and the Museum of Insect Collections. Project partners visited Agriges Company where they saw the production line for fertilizers, biostimulants and bioformulations and the Phytosanitary Service of Campania Region with its laboratories that working on the inspection and diagnoses of samples and the finalization of export certificates and agricultural quarantine.
The Egyptian partners also had the opportunity to visit the Department of Agricultural Sciences, the Herculanense Museum, and the Botanical Garden of the University.
