The admissions office will begin accepting applications for the academic year twice in October or February.
The resulting Deliverables/results/outcomes of WP5 will are linked with WP3 and WP 4 and build on the following tasks :.

The resulting deliverables/results/outcomes of WP4 will be monitored through a set of Milestones undertaken during project Year 3 (M25-M28)

Description | Description of task:
By the end of Year 1; each partner university will define and enacts its rules for the new program study with ECTS, admission and exam regulations according to the local educational system. – The interior approval of the programme through Institute and Univ. then it will be printed to be introduced for final accreditation. The developed new program catalogue will meet national requirements of the consortium universities. Description | Description of task:
– A timeline and assignment responsibilities for courses teaching will be planned by consortium to be implemented at each beneficiary project university. – A joint teaching placement in by exchange of Egypt or EU partner staff to enhance experiences, cooperation and transfer knowledge will be carried out for short periods 1-2 months in specific courses. Description | Description of task:
– to define policy applies to student fees, and other charges students may incur while attending or applying for admission to program diploma or short training course. The developed new program catalogue will meet national requirements of the consortium universities. -The rules enacted in the program catalogue will be applied for 2 semesters of study plus 3 months for internship -Internship will be organized for the students and their teachers to be in contact with actual and applied facts in the markets; – To interact with real situation of the problems of crop protection methods and solutions applied in the farms of private sectors with huge investments in phytosanitary and plant health care. The program will be opened in early year 2 of the project; The Admissions office will begin accepting applications for the academic year twice in October or February for Diploma Also; short training courses with certificate only will be organized every 3 months (as sustainability of paid services) in selected plant clinic diagnosis specific topic upon request for Phytosanitary Audit (a group of non-regular beneficiary of personnel or farmers) from agriculture companies in private or public sectors usually work on special crops for exports as vegetable and fruit crops. Upon receipt of the assessment reply/replies after the admission procedure will be finalised and the trainee will be informed to be accepted. Our success in the first admission cycle with students will persuade new comers to join the new program. Our success in diffusion through sound dissemination plan will encourage institutional management; Academic staff within related department; Heads of institutions; Academic staff from other departments; Funding bodies; Heads of Departments; Educational development units; Professional bodies/associations, National enterprises in the society of booth public and private sectors working in food and agriculture. We must always be alert to the needs of those we aim to serve. Orientation event will be organised for the newcomers linked with campaign sponsored by rich and strong companies work in area of phytosanitary. Also, to encourage female-to apply in this normally male-dominated graduate.

Description | Academic advisors provide students with sufficient and clear information about the degree programme they are following. The PRO-PDCP program will stipulates the applicable procedures, rights and obligations concerning education, interim examinations and final evaluations. The PRO-DPCP program rules will produce Study Handbook gives a description of the content of these programmes and related examinations. This general part of the DPCP program stipulates the procedures, rights and obligations for a category of degree program concerning interim examinations and examinations. Also, rules and guidelines regarding fraud and conduct during examinations, as well as duties and competencies of the Examining Boards.

Description | Students will receive their diplomas the day of the ceremony on May. If there are no incomplete grades. February graduates who have not picked up their diplomas will receive them as well. August graduates will receive their diplomas in September through the mail, or they can be picked up from the Registrar’s Office.
There will be a party for all graduates at each partner Univ. Center. Each graduate receives invitations tickets. Deans, Faculty, and VIP Speakers will deliver word. First year graduates will initiate PRO-PDCP program Alumni that will hold it’s meeting as a combined event with the current class graduation. The PRO-PDCP` Alumni Association will work to host education forums for PRO-PDCP Alumni. Topics could include inside information from the Alumni Board staff: business /food industry-agric. Affairs updates; economic development updates and Q&A; and business community news. The forums could also include special invitations for unique, VIP access opportunities and continuing education from key speakers from public and private sectors. Also, the PRO-PDCP Alumni Association will work with staff to host networking opportunities for PDPC` Alumni.
