Objectives
The objectives of this WP2 are:

To determine PC partners needs of equipment’s and teaching materials for network/training centers
2.

The project consortium will select a panel from the partner institution in each country to carry out tender procedure for equipment purchasing:
- The local coordinator will prepare tender documentations and made the criteria for the best offer selection. International and/or National tender will be transmitted to the leading companies concerning IT business activities.
- The best offers will be accepted and equipment will be delivered, installed early.
- Installation and technical testing of all equipment;
- Agreement on standards for use by staff and students; catalogues of standard of usage; security arrangements for the equipment.
- Technical personnel working with equipment will be employed to take care of all equipment and maintenance of the Networks.
- Including the tender specification ; contract conditions of regular check and maintenance and provision of accessories will be carried out by the companies the accepted offer of tender. The resulting reports of WP 1 will build the basis for the following sub-work packages.
- This includes training on techniques of installation and maintenance of the equipment and software for video and audio conferencing to be organized.
- EU consortium members and monitoring officers will inspect installation of new equipment during coordination and monitoring meetings.
Milestone of WP2 will be in project Year 1 during M8-M10 to check and monitor equipment and teaching material lists with exact tender specifications purchased, installed and technician trained for operation and maintenance (tasks 2.2, 2.3. and 2.4)

Tasks
ASU-(P5) EG will lead WP2 in cooperation with P6 (AU -FA).
The following activities will be implemented at 6 partner universities at EG only.

Description | Provision of the pedagogical and training classes:
– The provision/improvement of premises space for the Pedagogical and training classes at each partner university. Selection of premises, refurbishment to be funded from each partner university co-financing resources, working out a list of necessary technical equipment of project’s offices. Description | – In relevance to legal acts which refer to public supplies in each partner country as well as project agreement rules documents that will carefully studied before starting equipment purchasing.
– The project consortium will select a panel from the partner institution in each countries and grant holder institutions to be appointed to carry out tender procedure for equipment purchasing : – The grant applicant and each local coordinator will prepare tender documentation and made the criteria for the best offer selection. International and/or National tender will be transmitted to the leading companies concerning IT business activities. – The best offers will be accepted and equipment will be delivered and installed. The grant applicant institutions will be informed about all details and documents of procedure for equipment purchase. – PC partners will use Equipment Inventory Form and Logo of Sponsored Programs Grant Erasmus+ CBHE will be declared:

Description | To purchase a list of necessary books and periodicals for project library at each partner institute according to need and related to the program education / training only ;
– Text-books, professional books and periodicals used at EU University partners institutions will be discussed, and their relevance for partner universities will be assessed – professors at each respective partner university will define lists of necessary books, periodicals – Purchase will be in project 1st year for books and subscribe periodicals in new or upgraded library at each partner. – Library will be available on disposal to students, teaching staff and wider public according to the library rules. |
