Project activities and methodology

The proposal activities are split into 8 WPs containing several activities covering the different types of work necessary for achieving the planned objectives. All activities are interlinked and arranged in a logical sequence so that each activity produces an output that forms the basis for the next steps and activities. The proposal is designed following a Waterfall methodology, on the basis of a development life cycle model that is sequential and where each phase of implementation has distinct aims and clearly defined expected results.
